Island Tree’s student, Isabella Digena, has earned a spot in the All-Eastern Mix Choir, making a significant achievement in her musical career. This journey began with auditions in May 2024, where Isabella scored a perfect 100, which is mandatory for consideration. All students who scored 100 were ranked, and only the top performers were selected to represent the Eastern States. 

The All Eastern Choir brought together top young musicians from across the eastern United States. Under the leadership of St. Olaf College conductor, Dr. Anton Armstrong, Isabella and her fellow choir members underwent diligent rehearsals, honing their skills and building a beautiful ensemble. The festival also provided opportunities for students to attend live performances by other All-Eastern groups, fostering a sense of community and inspiration. Isabella’s hard work and dedication has paid off.
