The Physics and Long Island Ecology class took a fantastic trip to Cold Spring Harbor. This field trip was filled with hands-on learning and natural beauty. One of the most memorable parts was exploring the world of insects under the microscope. Seeing these tiny creatures in such detail opened everyone’s eyes to the incredible complexity of life all around us.
We also enjoyed a peaceful walk along the nature trail, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the local ecosystem. It was a great way to connect with nature and appreciate the environment. Plus, feeding the fish was a fun and interactive activity that everyone loved.
Overall, the trip to Cold Spring Harbor was both educational and enjoyable. It was a day of discovery that brought science to life, and created lasting memories for our juniors and seniors!
