The Island Trees Varsity football team finished another successful season. The team went 5-3 on the season and earned a playoff berth for the second consecutive year. In their Conference IV playoff game held on Friday, November 3rd; the Bulldogs came a few plays short and fell to Cold Spring Harbor by the score 19-14. It was a tough, well played game on both ends of the field. The Bulldogs should be proud of their efforts on the field.
The team is led by coaches Rich Carroll Sr., Ryan Vinberg, Rich Carroll Jr. and Roddy McCoy.
Team captains included Kian McCoy, JC Echezuria, Nick Filocamo and Joe Filocamo.
